Ideas That Work produces and distributes high quality training videos for community and aged services, business and industry sectors. The videos are available streaming online and on DVD.

Maree McEvoy founded Ideas That Work 20 years ago and now, in association with Fran Haarsma Productions, produces videos that are used by trainers and organisations across Australia as well as in the USA, Canada, Taiwan, South Africa and New Zealand.

These Australian produced training videos are aligned to Training Packages. Training packages are used as the basis for most of the programmes delivered in Vocational Education and Training (VET) system.

The videos are also used by many organisations for induction and refresher training.

Ideas That Work now offers a streaming video subscription service. All of our videos can be watched immediately from any web browser, anywhere, anytime on your computer or mobile device. You also get unlimited views during your subscription period and can share the video within your organisation with your team/students via a private link.

If you purchase the Pro streaming service you will have the added advantage of being able to embed the videos into any Learning Management System such as Moodle, Talentlms and Blackboard.
